CURVE HQ IS LOCKED DOWN
Lockdown has returned to Melbourne and Curve HQ, for at least the next seven days.
Thankfully Curve Cycling is open for business and operational to chat and fulfill your orders under the new restrictions. However, as of midnight tonight, May 27th, 2021, our in-store demos and retail showroom will be closed until further notice. Pack and send will continue, and a click and collect system will be in place for contactless pick up of your goods between the hours of 10 am - 4 pm, Monday to Friday. You must call ahead for any pick-up arrangements, and adhere to check-in onsite, plus sanitise, and be wearing a mask on entry.

We’ll be masked up, cleaning and wiping down surfaces so you can feel comfortable in our space and in return, we ask that you use hand sanitiser on entry, keep your mask on and your distance from others safe.
Our showroom hours are Monday to Saturday, 10 am - 4 pm, we can’t wait to see you!

LEAD TIMES & DELAYS
We are heartened to see that so many people around the globe have taken up cycling to ride through this pandemic. It really is fantastic. However, the demand for bikes right now is unprecedented. While the general public hoarded toilet paper at the start of the pandemic, bike brands are frantically buying saddles and shifters. The load placed on manufacturers has reached breaking point, and lead times are now being extended for almost every brand in the bike industry.
We’ve been working hard to deliver Curve framesets as quickly as possible, but now there’s a global shortage of parts and accessories. We’re doing our best to hustle components from every corner of the earth, don’t you worry about that! Lead times for framesets are not currently affected but we have to ask for your patience and understanding concerning lead times for complete bikes.
